Request for Proposal – Hayes Township Recreation Complex

Hayes Township, located in Clare County, invites qualified firms to submit proposals to hire a prime professional to oversee design, engineering, and construction administration services for Hayes Township Recreation Complex. This project includes improvements to the concession/bathroom building, construction of a new pavilion, and a new playground with equipment.
